In this MU33 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the mu33 platform.
• "Account" refers to an account officially registered on the mu33 platform, along with all associated information and balances.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a member's mu33 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any deposit bonus, free credits, free spins, or other incentives offered by MU33 to members in accordance with the specified terms.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover" refers to the minimum wagering amount a member must reach before any bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn from their MU33 account.
• "Platform" refers to the entire MU33 system, website, applications, and services.
• "Services" refers to all products and games offered through the MU33 platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, table games, slots, and Poker.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the MU33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. Your agreement is legally binding and takes effect from the moment you begin using the MU33 platform.

To register and use the MU33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. MU33 takes underage gambling seriously and conducts age verification during the registration process.
• You must be an individual residing in Malaysia and accessing mu33's services from a location that is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You are not currently undergoing voluntary self-exclusion from any gambling platform or subject to any court order prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• The funds you use to play on MU33 are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

MU33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the suspension or closure of your MU33 account.

Each member is only permitted to hold one MU33 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. mu33 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by a member.

• Your MU33 account password is entirely your responsibility. Please choose a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your MU33 account, including any bets placed or transactions made through it.
• If you suspect that your MU33 account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify MU33 immediately through our customer support.
• MU33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or breach of terms.

MU33 supports all major local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and you are solely responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source.

• The minimum deposit at MU33 is RM20 per transaction.
• All DuitNow and FPX deposits are processed in under 60 seconds, with funds credited directly to your MU33 account balance.
• Mu33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own fees — please check with your provider.
• MU33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Deposits that fail due to a technical error will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Mu33 does not accept direct credit or debit card payments. Please use one of the listed e-wallet or online banking methods.

Winnings earned through the MU33 platform may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions. MU33 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently.

• The minimum withdrawal at MU33 is RM50 per request.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM100,000. Any withdrawal exceeding this limit requires special approval from the mu33 finance team.
• All withdrawals must use the same payment method as your most recent deposit. For security purposes, mu33 does not process withdrawals to a different account or method from the one used for the deposit.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed in under 3 minutes to DuitNow or FPX during normal operating hours (9am – 11pm, 7 days a week).
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements set out in Section 7. Withdrawals of bonus funds will not be permitted until rollover conditions have been met.
• MU33 reserves the right to conduct security checks and request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per day.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of mu33's terms will be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.

Mu33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions set out in the relevant promotion terms. The general bonus terms for mu33 are as follows:

• The MU33 Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once only by each new member. Duplicate accounts claiming the welcome bonus more than once will be closed immediately.
• Mu33's standard rollover requirement is between 10x to 30x bonus value received, depending on the type of promotion. Specific rollover requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses received must be used within the specified validity period — typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus after the validity period expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Not all games on MU33 are eligible to contribute toward bonus rollover requirements. Table games such as baccarat, roulette, and sic bo may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Please refer to the relevant promotion terms for details.
• Mu33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, systematic low-risk bet selection, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonus withdrawal limits may apply depending on the type of promotion. Further details are stated in the terms of each promotion.

All bets placed on the MU33 platform are subject to general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type. By placing any bet on MU33, you agree to all applicable rules.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and selected table. Betting limits are clearly displayed on each game within the MU33 platform.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the MU33 system cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn except under circumstances expressly specified in the relevant game rules.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet — not the odds at the time the result is announced.
• Mu33 reserves the right to void or declare bets invalid in circumstances involving technical errors, odds display errors, game manipulation, or other unusual conditions.
• Game outcomes in casino games that use a certified RNG are final and cannot be contested unless there is substantial evidence of a verifiable technical failure.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption that affects the integrity of a game may be voided by MU33. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account balance.

To maintain a safe and fair playing environment for all MU33 members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one MU33 account or assisting any other party in doing the same.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technological tools to automate betting or interactions with the MU33 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the mu33 system.
• Money laundering — using the MU33 platform to transfer, conceal, or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraudulent activity in the registration, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim process.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the security systems or integrity of the MU33 platform.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner contrary to the intent of the promotion, including hedge betting to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
• Making false or unsubstantiated claims against MU33 or our staff.

• Mu33 collects members' personal data solely for the purposes of identity verification, financial transaction processing, service communications, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data from MU33's systems by contacting support@mu33.biz.
• Mu33 may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience. Continued use of the mu33 platform constitutes your consent to the use of these cookies.

All content, designs, logos, branding, software, source code, text, graphics, images, and other elements on the mu33 platform are the exclusive property of mu33 or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.

MU33 members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the MU33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Copying, redistributing, selling, or commercially exploiting any part of mu33's content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the MU33 platform.
• Using MU33's logos, branding, or trade names without prior written authorisation.

Mu33 takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely. However, subject to applicable Malaysian law, mu33 is not liable for:

• Any platform disruption, failure, or unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a member arising from the use of the mu33 platform.
• Betting or casino game outcomes that are not in the member's favour — gambling involves the risk of loss and mu33 does not guarantee any winnings.
• Any losses arising from the use of a MU33 account by an unauthorised party as a result of a member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

MU33 is fully committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their play. We believe that great entertainment starts with players who are informed and play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their mu33 account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit over a specified period to manage their gambling expenditure.
• Session Break: Members can activate a session break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, the MU33 account cannot be used for gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop playing entirely may apply for self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This request cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Continued use of the MU33 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MU33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable cause at MU33's sole discretion. In the case of a valid termination, any remaining account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member.

• These MU33 Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between MU33 and the member concerned, before any legal action is pursued.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms as a whole without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
